Online Ticketing Procedures & Policy

The ticketing section above is located on a secure site.

The total processing/credit card fee for each ticket is only $1.50. As far as we know, it's the lowest processing fee of all known professional events!

  1. All ticket purchases are non-refundable. If game is postponed due to inclement weather or other emergencies, and game is rescheduled, those tickets shall be valid for the rescheduled date.
  2. All box office/ticketing questions should be handled through email. Please do not call. You will receive a response via email within 24-48 hours. Please email us at boxoffice@harlemwizards.com.
  3. Please print your purchase receipt, or show your phone receipt at the door for scanning. If you forget your ticket your entry may be delayed, but the host will have a paper list of ticket purchasers. The event host organization will check you in the lobby at the area designated for online tickets.
  4. The online box office typically closes 3 hours prior to the event.  At that time, if available, tickets will be sold at the door.
  5. For most Wizards games ages 3 and under are admitted free. This may not be true for all games, so check with the event hosting organization for certainty.
  6. Internet Explorer versions 7 or earlier are not compatible, and the needed information will not be displayed.

Before you purchase jerseys

  • Jerseys purchased here are for PICK-UP ON GAME DAY.
  • If you want to order jersey(s) to be shipped to your home, you must go to our online store.
  • In addition, sizes not available for pre-order, including toddler sizes (3T, 4T, 5T, and YXS), can also be found on our online store.
  • No refunds on ticket purchases.

If event location is closed or closes early due to bad weather

Game will be postponed and ticket will be valid for the rescheduled game. For rescheduling information, please contact host organization.

Beware of third party ticket sellers

Please be aware that third party sites selling Harlem Wizards tickets may be scams. We can only guarantee tickets from HarlemWizards.com. If you have any questions, reach out to the organization hosting the event or email us at boxoffice@harlemwizards.com

Please understand

When purchasing your ticket, you understand that there are risks inherent in attending any sporting event. The Wizards event also includes voluntary participation, especially for the kids, and you agree to participate at your own risk. In addition, the Wizards maintain the right to use your photo or video content for marketing purposes.
